- Flight information — for airport transfers, the flight number you provide, used to track arrival times.
- Payment information — when payments are enabled, card details are processed by our payment provider (Stripe). We do not store full card numbers on our own systems.
- Communication records — call logs, text messages, emails, and notes added by our reservation desk.
- Site analytics — anonymized usage data (pages visited, browser type, referring source) collected by standard web analytics.
2. How we use it
- Confirm, schedule, dispatch, and complete your reservation.
- Notify the chauffeur and our dispatch team of your trip details.
- Track inbound flights and adjust pickup times automatically.
- Process payments and send receipts.
- Respond to your questions, follow up after a trip, and improve our service.
- Comply with legal obligations (tax records, insurance, regulatory requirements).
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
3. Who we share it with
We share the minimum amount of information necessary with:
- Your assigned chauffeur — name, phone number, pickup details, and any special requests relevant to the trip.
- Service providers we rely on to operate the business — including our reservation system, payment processor (Stripe), notification systems (Telegram, email and SMS providers), and mapping services.
- Legal authorities — if required by law, court order, or to protect the safety of our guests, chauffeurs, or property.
4. Cookies & tracking
Our website uses essential cookies to keep the booking widget working and a small number of analytics cookies to understand how the site is used. We do not use cookies for cross-site advertising or behavioral tracking. You can disable cookies in your browser; the site will still work, though some convenience features may not.
5. Data retention
We keep reservation and trip records for as long as needed to provide service, follow up, and meet legal and tax obligations — typically up to seven years for billing records. After that, records are securely deleted or anonymized.
6. Your rights
You can ask us to:
- See what information we hold about you.
- Correct anything that's inaccurate.
- Delete your record (subject to legal retention requirements above).
- Opt out of marketing communications at any time — every email has an unsubscribe link.
